On September 17, 2022, Alpmed partnered with the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University to successfully hold the "Nanoknife Clinical Application Seminar" in order to better carry out the clinical application of IRE innovation technology. The conference was led by Professor Zhou Zhigang from the Radiology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, with Professor Dong Junqiang serving as the conference host. The seminar focused on the latest developments and clinical applications of the "domestic Nanoknife", with a focus on the clinical application of Nanoknife in liver malignancy and pancreatic malignancy. Professors Xiao Yueyong, Wei Yingtian, Li Xiaoyong, Wang Zhenyu and Lu Taiying from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were invited, as well as medical experts in the field of radiological intervention and surgery from within Henan Province, to explore the latest progress in the treatment of "domestic Nanoknife".

Alpmed's Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA) System has completed registration for clinical trials. The multi-center registered clinical trial was officially launched in April this year, with the participation of many well-known tertiary hospitals across the country. Despite setbacks caused by the recurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic and difficulties in hospital admissions, more than 100 subjects were successfully enrolled in the trial within seven months. The clinical trials were all completed under local anesthesia, and clinical follow-up data showed that all indicators of the subjects had recovered well without any complications such as pulmonary vein stenosis, phrenic nerve injury, or atrial esophageal fistula. The clinical effect was significant, and the recurrence rate was low.

On March 6, 2022, during the "Health Strategy of the Two Sessions" innovation session on the People's Daily client, three experts attended : Professor Tang Zhe from the Fourth Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine(ZJU4H), Professor Xiao Yueyong from the First Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital, and Mr. Zhang Jianhao, Chairman of Shanghai Yuanshan Medical Technology Co., Ltd. They analyzed the original intention, accessibility, and application of domestically produced Nanoknife technology from multiple dimensions.

After expert review organized by the Innovative Medical Device Review Office of the Medical Device Technical Evaluation Center of the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA), the Pulsed Field Ablation Therapeutic Apparatus independently developed by Tianjin Intelligent Health Co.,Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Yuanshan Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Alpemd"), has been approved to enter the special review program for innovative medical devices on February 22, 2022. This is the second innovative product of Alpmed to enter the special approval program after the High Voltage Steep Pulse Minimally Invasive Therapeutic system, and also the first domestically produced PFA product approved for innovative medical devices.
